How do I access shipping labels and send my rubbish?

1. Log in to your account,
2. Select the my programmes page,
3. Find the programme you need to ship rubbish for and select 'request shipping label(s)'

The label is sent to your registered e-mail for you to download and print. Following this, simply:

• Attach the label to your box (no larger than 60x60x50cm)
• Book a UPS collection.
